You confirm before anything is created
The add-on proposes. A person accepts. Attachments are copied only if you say so. The work order is then a normal Resolve job — schedule it, assign it, or leave it in Draft.
The email is already the request.
Property managers write to you in Gmail. The add-on reads the message you have open and proposes a work order — building, requester, description — so the office does not retype it.
Optional add-on
From the open message, not the whole mailbox
Connecting it is a separate, explicit step. We never infer it from email equality, and Sign in with Google does not turn it on. When you connect it, Resolve can run in Gmail and read the currently open message and its attachments.
- Suggest a building, requester and description from that message
- If you confirm, copy eligible image and PDF attachments onto the work order
- You confirm before a work order exists
- Disconnect it from Resolve or from your Google account at any time

Photos and PDFs come along
Eligible image and PDF attachments on the open message can be copied onto the work order, so the crew is not hunting a forwarded thread for the picture.
Lands as a draft
The job is a Resolve work order from the first second. Put it on the calendar, assign a crew, or leave it in Draft until you know who is going.
Your organisation turns it on
Connecting it is a separate, explicit step. Sign in with Google does not turn it on. Use of Google user data follows Google's Limited Use policy.

It is a Resolve job
