Customers and catalog from QuickBooks
Customers and the service catalog come from QuickBooks Online. Resolve uses them to price quotes, label bill-to on PDFs, and keep the catalog from drifting away from accounting.

Finance should not be reconstructing the month from memory, chat screenshots and a spreadsheet named FINAL_v7. Closed work lands on a billing report. QuickBooks remains where invoices are written.

Closing a billable job marks its tasks ready to invoice — or parks them as missing information if a customer, reference or variable quantity is still outstanding. Finance works the report; account managers fix the stuck jobs.
