Privacy Policy
Last updated 26 August 2026.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Resolve application and this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. Resolve is operated by Tigo AI LLC (“Tigo”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@goresolve.ai about anything on this page.
1. What Resolve is
Resolve is field service management software for commercial cleaning and facility services companies, built and operated by Tigo. It is licensed to organisations that hold a Resolve account — among them MG Capital Maintenance, the facility services business the software was first built for and where it is still in daily use. Their staff use it to schedule work, record what was done at a building, and produce reports and invoices from that record.
Two different relationships are covered by this policy, and they matter for who controls your data:
- You use Resolve at work. Your employer — the company that holds the Resolve account — decides what goes into it and how long it is kept. We process that information on their behalf. Requests to correct or delete your work records should go to them first; we will help them action it.
- You contacted us through this website. That information is ours, we control it, and everything in section 7 applies directly.
2. Information we collect
Account and identity
- Name, email address, and profile picture where you provide one.
- Phone number, where your organisation records one for you.
- Your role and permissions within your organisation, and which buildings and accounts you are assigned to.
- An authentication identifier from our identity provider, and — if you sign in with Google — your Google account identifier. See section 3.
Work records you create
- Work orders, tasks, quotes, inspections, findings, notes and observations you write or are assigned.
- Photographs and files you attach to a job as proof of service. These are stored as part of the work record.
- Timestamps for when work was scheduled, started, completed or reported as unfinished, and the reason given.
- An activity log of significant changes, showing who changed what and when.
Technical information
- IP address, browser and device type, operating system, and language preference.
- Application and security logs, including sign-in events and errors.
- Device push-notification tokens, if you turn on notifications, so we can alert you about work assigned to you.
This website
- What you type into the demo request form: your name, company, work email, optional phone number, team size, and anything you write in the message field.
- Standard server request logs from our hosting provider.
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party trackers. It sets no cookies of its own. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request as described in section 5.
3. Sign in with Google
Resolve offers Google as one way to sign in. Choosing it means Google confirms your identity to us so you do not need a separate Resolve password. We use Google’s OAuth service through our authentication provider, Clerk.
When you sign in with Google, we receive from Google:
| What we receive | What we do with it |
|---|---|
| Your Google account ID | Links your Google identity to your Resolve user so you are recognised on the next sign-in. |
| Your email address (and whether Google has verified it) | Identifies your account, matches you to your organisation’s invitation, and lets us send you service email about your work. |
| Your name and profile picture | Displayed on your profile and next to work you are assigned, so colleagues can tell who did what. |
Resolve does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google
Calendar, Google Contacts, or Google Photos. We ask only for the
basic sign-in scopes that identify you (openid,
email, profile). We cannot read, send, delete or
modify anything in your Google account.
Resolve’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except where you have explicitly asked us to, where it is necessary for security or to comply with the law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymised.
You can disconnect Resolve from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Doing so stops future Google sign-ins; it does not delete your Resolve account, which is controlled by your organisation.
4. Why we use your information
- To run the service — authenticating you, showing you your assigned work, storing the records you create, and generating the reports and invoices your organisation needs. This is necessary to perform our contract with your organisation.
- To notify you — email and push notifications about work assigned to you, quotes awaiting approval, and similar operational events.
- To keep the service secure and working — detecting abuse, diagnosing faults, and maintaining an audit trail. This is our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
- To reply to you — if you send us a demo request or email us, we use your details to respond and to follow up about Resolve.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations — retaining records of work performed and billed for as long as the law requires.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for behavioural advertising. We do not use the contents of your work records to train machine learning models.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run Resolve, and only as far as each needs to do its job. Each is bound by contract to protect it.
| Provider | What it does | What it sees |
|---|---|---|
| Clerk | Authentication and session management | Name, email, profile picture, sign-in events, Google account identifier |
| Google Cloud Platform | Application hosting, database, and file storage | All application data, including photographs attached to work records |
| Vercel | Hosting for this marketing website | Server request logs; demo form submissions in transit |
| Google Fonts | Web fonts for this website | Your IP address and browser, as part of the font request |
| OneSignal | Push notifications to your device | Device token and the content of the notification |
| Intuit QuickBooks | Accounting sync, where your organisation enables it | Customer, invoice and billing data — not crew photographs or notes |
| Resend | Delivery of demo request emails from this website | What you typed into the demo form |
We will also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of people using the service. If Tigo is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information may transfer as part of that; we will give notice before it becomes subject to a materially different policy.
Our providers are based in the United States and information is processed there.
6. How long we keep it
- Work records are kept for as long as your organisation maintains its Resolve account, and afterwards for as long as required for accounting, tax and contractual purposes.
- Account records are kept while you have access. When your organisation offboards you, your work is reassigned and your account is deactivated; identifying details are removed on request, subject to the audit trail we are obliged to keep.
- Application and security logs are kept for a limited period and then discarded.
- Demo requests are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up, or deleted sooner if you ask.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent where we relied on it. Exercising these rights costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.
Email info@goresolve.ai and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. If your data is in Resolve because of your employer, we will pass the request to them and support them in answering it.
8. Security
Access to Resolve requires authentication, and what each person can see is limited by their role and by the buildings and accounts they are assigned to. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our hosting provider. Access to production systems is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously and will notify affected people and regulators as required if something goes wrong.
9. Children
Resolve is workplace software and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. For changes that materially affect how we handle your information, we will give notice in the application or by email before they take effect.
